COLLECTION OF M1/M2 (not attending CPE)
Updated 09/2024
As parents are not allowed in the School to comply to the School Security Policy, APEEEL2 will organise again this year the collection of M1/M2 children not attending CPE to their activity classroom / sports hall by the activity instructor or our Periscolaire coordinator - except for Nursery pupils attending swimming and/or Happy Fitness (as the Accompaniment Service is mandatory and included in the cost of the activity).
For pupils to be collected, parents will need to bring their children exactly 10 minutes prior to the start of the activity (sorry, no delay will be accepted):
- To the main entrance of the nursery building, for activities taking place in the nursery building.
- To the main entrance of the primary building for activities taking place in the primary building or the sports hall.
At the end of their activity:
Children will be escorted back to their parents at the same location they were collected (either the main entrance of the nursery or the primary buildings) between 5 and 20 minutes after the end of their activity, depending on the need for children to change and/or the location of their activity.
In case of exceptional delay, parents must contact our Periscolaire coordinator, Yann Gendron on (+352) 621 169 308
